How is the daily cost calculated?

The app divides the purchase price by the days since the purchase date, counting a partial day as one day: price ÷ max(1, elapsed days). The more time passes, the smaller the number gets. If you registered an approximate month, the app counts from local midnight on the first day of that month and marks the date as approximate. Cost per hour, minute, and second appears only on the detail screen. How often you actually use the item does not change the calculation.

How do I add the widget, and how do I choose its item?

Add the Dayworth widget from the iOS home screen widget gallery and choose the small size. The widget shows the item you selected in the app. When you have not selected anything, it shows your earliest registered item. Select an item in the app to change what the widget displays. The widget refreshes on iOS's schedule, so a new value can take a little while to appear.

Can I back up my data or move it to a new iPhone?

No. Items and photos live only in the app's storage on your iPhone, and the app has no account, server, or sync. There is no export, and we cannot restore or move your shelf for you. An iCloud or computer backup that includes app data may bring the shelf back when you restore a device, but that depends on your backup settings and is handled by Apple, not by us.

Which currency is used, and is it converted?

Each item keeps the currency you chose when you registered it. Your region only sets the default for new items. Dayworth does not convert between currencies and does not fetch exchange rates, so amounts are never restated in another currency.

How do I delete my data?

Delete individual items in the app, or delete the app from your iPhone to remove everything it stored on the device. We keep no copy, so deletion is permanent. A backup made earlier may still hold the data until that backup is replaced or removed.
